What shall I wear?

For your first couple of lessons you are fine in leggings and a t-shirt/vest top. After the first few you will need more skin to grip as the tricks become more advanced so shorts will be needed and wear a crop top too!

I have no upper body strength, is pole fitness for me?

Definitely! The first few tricks you will learn will help gradually build up those muscles you didn’t know you had leaving you feeling stronger and stronger as the weeks go on.

Can I use a grip enhancer in the lesson?

There are lots of different pole grip enhancers available today, but I would ask that if you need anything I will allow chalk as sweaty hands are tough to do pole with! You can also wear pole gloves if you really feel you need extra grip.

What sort of poles are used?

In LIFE & POLE classes we use freestanding, stainless steel poles.

I’m pregnant/ a new Mum, can I do pole fitness?

For any Mums out there looking for something fun to get you out of the house, have some you time and meet new people, give it a go. Everybody needs life with a bit of pole!

If you already did pole fitness before you were pregnant then there will be tricks you can carry on safely whilst pregnant as long as you listen to your body. I do not recommend starting pole once pregnant. For new Mums, once you have been signed off by your Midwife, pop along!

What happens if I need to cancel?

I understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

I do run a strict 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY – if you do not give 24 hours notice when cancelling a class, you will be charged for that lesson.

I can only take a small amount of students per class and if I don’t have enough notice, I will be unable to fill your space- Thank you x
